Carpool Matching Service

Carpooling is easy and fun. You can share the ride with coworkers, schoolmates, housemates or friends and carpool from home, a bus location, a central location, or a park and ride lot. Depending on your schedule, you can carpool once a week or every day and share the ride round-trip or just one-way.  Here are some ways you can find a carpool partner:

  • Register online with Commute Solutions (also known as the 511 RideMatch Service) and get a free personalized ridematch list of other local commuters who share the same route and schedule.  If you register with the carpool matching service, you are eligible for an Emergency Ride Home in case you need to leave work early!
  • Use your network of coworkers, family, friends, or schoolmates to arrange a carpool by cell, text message, instant message or email.
