Unlike residents, many farmers and ranchers generate more oil that can be taken to the residential oil recycling centers, but not enough to make on-site pick-up economically feasible. To address this problem, free agricultural oil recycling collection centers have been set up throughout the State of California where large generators can legally transport up to 55 gallons of used oil per trip plus the associated filters, no paperwork required.
